1.Preliminary Consultation & Confirmation of Cooperation Intention
The client submits inquiries about project requirements. Both parties communicate core information including project positioning, overall solutions, budget range and delivery schedule. We introduce our service procedures, standards and cooperation models, fully align demands and resolve doubts. A preliminary cooperation consensus is reached to clarify the basic cooperation framework and general direction.
2.Signing of Design Contract & Payment of Design Fees
Both parties negotiate and finalize all cooperation details, then draft the formal design service contract. Items including project scope, deliverables, payment milestones, rights & obligations and liability clauses are verified before official signing with seals. The client pays the initial design fee as stipulated in the contract, and the project officially commences upon receipt of payment.
3.Project Design
Based on preliminary communication results, on-site survey data, industry specifications and the client’s aesthetic preferences, the design team completes full-set design work in phases, covering scheme planning, layout drawing, renderings, detailed construction drawings and material selection. Phased deliverables are submitted in a timely manner, and revisions are made according to the client’s feedback.
4.Design Approval
After the completion of full design drawings and documents, the materials are submitted to the client for internal review and confirmation. If official submission to competent authorities is required, all design files will be filed for governmental approval. Drawings will be revised against review comments until fully approved by the client and relevant authorities with official confirmation issued.
5.Signing of Equipment & Construction Contract
After the finalized design scheme, we sort out the required equipment list, construction quantities, material standards, construction period and after-sales warranties to formulate formal contracts for equipment procurement and construction works. Both parties verify engineering quantities, quotations, construction schedules and warranty terms, sign the contracts, and confirm payment milestones for the project.
6.Construction & After-sales Service
On-site construction, equipment delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance are carried out strictly in accordance with approved drawings, with full control over construction quality, safety and progress. Overall completion acceptance will be organized upon project finish. After handover, comprehensive warranty services are provided, including regular inspections, breakdown maintenance, equipment maintenance and technical support, to respond to the client’s follow-up maintenance requests promptly.
